I'm in love with a new pairing and voraciously reading all the fic about them I can find. This means reading new authors as well, and being confronted with a longish screed about the evils of real life rape and the evils of certain content labels which aren't morally explicit enough.
It's not the first time I've come across author's notes like that, and it will most likely not be the last, though I do my best to avoid reading fic by authors who write that sort of thing.
I can't tell you strongly enough how very much I object to moral content labels as a replacement for and rejection of informative content labels. I feel that it is a disavowal of ownership on the part of the author, antagonistic toward the reader, and an attempt at peer pressuring other authors into self-censure.
