Yeah, that's a good idea. The other day I was asking an American friend how to get it to show me the layers toolbox, which for some reason keeps disappearing, but she couldn't explain it to me. I finally found it in recently closed windows, but I don't know how to get to it otherwise.
It really annoys me a lot that GIMP won't allow you to change the language settings. If I change the language setting on the computer, then the keyboard won't work right ;_;
But I suppose it's just inconceivable that someone could live in a country where the language is not their primary language, grumble, grumble.
Anyway, yeah, GIMP! It can do what I want it to do, and it's free! :-D
