I feel really frustrated that I wasn't able to articulate this until now. I've given people the impression that I'm upset about people calling anxiety irrational - which it totally is! When it's really arguing against a person's anxiety as if they were expressing an opinion, and dismissing their actual opinions, and the opinions of people they assume agree with them, because they're "irrational".
And now it's late, past my bedtime, and I'm done watching the new episode of Mythbusters, and I'm certain I won't be able to sleep. What shall I do to calm myself down?
